The aim of the present study was to investigate the antimicrobial effects of a combination of amniotic membrane, Arnebia Euchroma (AE) extract, sesame oil, and bee wax on the growth of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in second-degree burn wounds. After receiving amniotic membrane tissue from pregnant women, this tissue was mixed with sesame oil, bee wax, and Arnebia Euchroma extract and applied to the burn wounds of mice model infected with <em>E. coli</em>, <em>Staphylococcus aureus</em>, <em>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</em>, and <em>Acinetobacter baumannii</em>. This combination was applied in case and control groups, and microbial counting was then performed. According to the findings of the present study, the number of pathogens in wound samples of mice treated with this combination was less than in control mice. The results of this study also showed that the use of a combination of amniotic membrane, AE plant extract, sesame oil, and bee wax had a therapeutic effect on second-degree burn wounds. The use of this compound after further research is recommended for the treatment of burn wounds. <strong>مقدمه:</strong> برخی از بافت‌های طبیعی بدن مانند پردة آمنیوتیک و نیز گیاهان دارویی ارزان و در دسترس مانند گیاه ابوخلسا با نـام علمـی<em>Arnebia</em> <em>euchroma</em><strong> </strong><strong> </strong>می‌توانند در درمان زخم سوختگی، کاهش عفونت آن و کاهش زمان بهبودی مؤثر باشند. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثرات ضدمیکروبی ترکیبی از پردة آمنیوتیک، عصارة ابوخلسا، روغن کنجد و موم زنبورعسل بر رشد باکتری‌های گرم مثبت و گرم منفی در زخم‌های سوختگی درجه دو است. <strong>مواد و روش‏‏ها:</strong> پس از دریافت بافت پردة آمنیوتیک از زنان باردار، این بافت با روغن کنجد، موم زنبورعسل و عصارة گیاه <em>Arnebia euchroma</em> ، مخلوط و روی زخم سوختگی موش‌های مدل سوختگی آلوده‌شده به باکتری‌های <strong><em>E.coli</em></strong>، <em>استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس</em>، <em>سودوموناس آئروژنز</em> و <em>آسینتوباکتر بومانی</em>، در دو گروه مورد و شاهد، ضماد شد. سپس شمارش میکروبی انجام شد. <strong>نتایج: </strong>با توجه به یافته‌های ما، شمار پاتوژن‌ها در نمونه‌های زخم موش<strong>‌</strong>هایی که درمان این ضماد را دریافت کرده بودند، کمتر از موش‌های شاهد بود. <strong>بحث و نتیجه‏گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهند استفاده از ترکیب پردة آمنیوتیک، عصارة گیاه <em>Arnebia</em> <em>euchroma</em>، روغن کنجد و موم زنبورعسل روی زخم حاصل از سوختگی درجه دوم تأثیر درمانی دارد. استفاده از این ترکیب پس از تحقیقات بیشتر برای درمان زخم‌های سوختگی توصیه می‌شود. https://bjm.ui.ac.ir/article_25314_a986dcb1668714f8689da22ed48be52e.pdf
